Mind-Body Bridging Sleep Program Certificate Course

The Mind-Body Bridging Sleep Program (MBBSP) is brief sleep-focused mind-body intervention.

MBBSAP has been certified as evidence-based intervention by The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The MBBSP is now officially listed on the National Registry of Evidence-based Programs (NREPP).

The MBBSP is presented over 3 sessions of each being 1 ½ hours in duration. The treatment goals of the MBBSP is primarily focused towards improving sleep, and co-occurring mental health conditions. It further extends to self-reported mindfulness, self-compassion and well-being and decreased self-reported depressive symptoms.

I-Systems Inc., offers a MBBSP Certificate Course (Cert. MBBSP). Training is offered in healthcare professional in groups or individual sessions (either in person or online). The training program consist of one-hour session per week for a period of 12 weeks. I-System Inc. is the accreditation body.

The cost of the MBBSP Certificate Course is $1800. Training materials include a MBBSP Manual and MBBSP Training Manual.

The core of the techniques of the MBBSP program can be conveyed and experientially practiced quickly, from the first few hours of training. This makes the MBBSP particularly valuable in that it renders the MBBSP accessible and affordable. Considering the short duration of most mental health treatment program the MBBSP is particularly suitable as an adjuvant intervention with mental healthcare settings.

Mind-Body Bridging Substance Abuse Program Certificate Course

The Mind-Body Bridging Substance Abuse Program (MBBSAP) is designed as an adjuvant intervention to assist the treatment of individuals suffering from substance use disorders, by reducing cravings, trauma symptoms, sleep disturbance; and increasing well-being, mindfulness and self-compassion.

The MBBSAP has been certified as evidence-based intervention by The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The MBBSAP is now officially listed on the National Registry of Evidence-based Programs (NREPP).

The MBBSAP is presented as a 10-week program of 20 two-hour group sessions.
